In 2022, due to the continued impact of the epidemic and the uncertain global economic situation, Gold Group has risen to the challenge, with a significant increase in business scale and a steady increase in market share. The Lamps Research Institute and the Electronic Research and Development Center won the "Best Innovation Partner" award of Geely Automobile. Jinye Lamps was named "Excellent Supplier" of Geely Automobile. More than 40 new lamps of the Group were successfully put into production, including more than 10 of the high-end brand LinkedIn Automobile Lamps, 1 Volvo Car Taillight, Geely's luxury brand Krypton Rear Lights, the world's most advanced ADB headlamp, and the Group Research Institute will soon go on the market, future digital HD, DLP headlamps, pixel projection headlamps technology development has been completed. The company has set up a HUD project team and completed the first research and development of HUD products. The above high-tech investment in research and development has laid a good foundation for Jinye's headlights to move towards the high-end market and globalization. The 80,000-square-meter new factory building of Liangxin Lamps Phase II was successfully completed.

lamp research institute:Vigorously promote technological changes in research and development, speed up the development of new products, meet the technical development requirements of short, flat and fast headlights of the main engine factory, realize technical reserves for future DLP, laser headlights, OLED taillights and human-computer interaction taillights, complete industrialization, and make technical customization for digital and intelligent headlights of the main engine factory.

electronic research and development center:The group will build electronic research and development centers in Shenzhen and Shanghai to attract high-end electronic talents at home and abroad, deeply cultivate the automotive electronic business, and develop electronic modules with HCM and RCM as the main body, so as to make technical reserves for the diversified and modular lamp development of the group.

Sales Center:Further develop market share, deepen close cooperation with Geely Automobile, and strive to provide the best solution for Geely Automobile Lamps; at the same time, expand cooperation with mainstream automobile brands, comprehensively improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to China's automobile lamp industry.

Technical Quality Center:Carry out the quality leader project, do a good job in quality, technology, mold, equipment and other management work, do a good job in the planning of production process, realize fine production, and create high-quality products.

Production and operation center:Strengthen the production management, just-in-time management and logistics management of each subsidiary, complete the production and operation objectives on time and according to quality, and be fully responsible for the project management of new products; do a good job in the operation of the group's cloud starry sky and realize the digital management of the group.

Procurement Center:The implementation of group procurement model. Strengthen the construction of the procurement team, create a fair, just, open and sunny supplier cooperation mechanism, and achieve the group's procurement goals.

Financial Center:Strengthen the construction of financial management system, do a good job in financial basic data, comprehensively implement budget management, fund management, asset management, cost management and other work, prevent financial risks, ensure the safe operation of the group, and change from "bookkeeping" to "service-oriented" and "management-oriented.
